Valery Martin
He has over 30 years of experience in international market research, consulting, and insights generation. He has lived and worked in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Kenya, and Ghana, and has conducted or overseen projects in more than 35 African countries across sectors including consumer goods, telecommunications, services, banking, and financial services. His expertise has focused on studies of consumer behavior, usage, and attitudes; innovation and new product development; branding and communication; and optimizing the customer experience and purchase journey. He has coordinated numerous multi-country studies and, for three years, oversaw all research for a pan-African mobile operator, conducting three ongoing studies across 16 markets.
